MASTER PLANNING

Master planning produces a plan that gives a comprehensive design of the entire property and often includes several phases of installation with an expected budget. A Master Plan provides a cohesive design for the property that can be phased in over any time period you feel comfortable with producing a beautiful professionally designed property not only adding beauty for you to enjoy every day but also increasing property value.

DETAILED AREA PLANS

An area plan is a plan that entails a small detailed area of your property. This process commonly includes small planting plans, patios, ponds, outdoor kitchens, or landscape lighting.

COMMERCIAL INSTALLATION

PapeScapes is pleased to offer in house design and installation services for products such as Patios, Walkways, Sod Installation, Shrub and Tree Planting, Segmental Walls, Outdoor Kitchens, Fire Rings, Water Features and Fountains, Low Voltage Lighting, Arbors, and Irrigation.  We have the capabilities to bid, design, and install projects for both residential and commercial clients.

DESIGN PROCESS

A complimentary design consultation is necessary to assess your design needs and lifestyle, which can be done in our office or at your home. (If you are within a 30 mile radius of PapeScapes) At the point of the first consultation PapeScapes will provide you with a contract for design services.  Upon receiving payment, PapeScapes will add you to the design schedule.  If you are a do it yourself and would just like an on-site consultation with our designer to bounce off ideas and options we can also help you with that for a small fee.

**PapeScapes does not do free design services or estimates. When you receive a design from PapeScapes you are receiving a Professional Service from a designer who is degreed in Landscape Architecture**

During the beginning phase of the design process we are trying to get a full understanding of your property and all the existing conditions we need to take into consideration. (ie… Slopes, Drainage, Soils, Visibility, Privacy, Lighting, Shade Patterns, etc…)  PapeScapes will need a least one on-site visit to analyze all of the existing conditions, determine space uses, gather measurements, establish elevations, and take photos.
Once the site analysis is done we can begin to work on the site plan which will be a computer generated drawing which will include all proposed features of the landscape. (Pools, Patios, Structures, Ponds, Flower Beds, Walls, Steps, Plantings, etc…) Upon on completion of the Site Plan one meeting at PapeScapes office shall follow for the presentation of the Site Plan. Once the Site Plan is approved from the client PapeScapes can then produce an estimate for the proposed project in as many phases as you would prefer.
